WHO WE ARE:
We are a vibrant group of Christian Youth of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Abundant Grace Embassy, Balch Springs, TX and we exist to give glory to God in Christ Jesus. As a body of Christ, we are here to encourage, love, help and learn from one another under the Lord Jesus Christ our savior.

VISION:
To introduce Youth in our Hood to Jesus Christ and to help them grow to be more like Him. To implement the tasks of teaching, counseling, praying, mentoring, and training Youth and Teenagers to becoming world changers for Christ, great men and women of destiny.

STRATEGY:
To provide a supportive Christ-centered environment where youths may develop — spiritually, physically, and socially (Luke 2:52)

Fun: We want students and adult leaders to have a blast at all of our programming. Just about everything we do in our youth ministry has a fun component, be it during games, interactive messages, drama, music, small groups, and serving in ministry.

PURPOSE:
To integrate youths into the life of the Church and preparing them to become leaders of today& tomorrow in all works of life

Our Convictions on what it takes to see our GENERATION truly following JESUS..
It will take the truth of God’s Word living @ the center:
“Remember your Creator in the days of your youth, before the days of trouble come and the years approach when you will say, I find no pleasure in them” (Ecclesiastes 12:1-2).

“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity” (1 Timothy 4:12 )
It's all about a personal relationship with God.
Faith is about action.
Purity paves the way to godly intimacy.
God's will is serving him and others.
God's word is alive and active, and will change our life as we read it and meditate on it daily.
Maximum freedom is found under God's authority.
Truth is not relative; it is the person of Jesus Christ.
It is never a burden but a joyful thing to serve the Lord, enjoy every moment you serve Him.

OUR COMMITMENT
This youth ministry takes a team approach, and values the active support and involvement of parents and other adults in caring for the youths.

Youth are always ready to run the race and we youth leaders need to set the pace. We will provide opportunities for our Christian youth to channel their energy, focus on the call of Christ and to make a difference in the world.
